The company has 5 different group of services, all of them related with rowing

• Experimental Learning: Training sessions and seminars about Leadership, Teamwork, Effective Communication etc. This sessions always have a theorical part and a experimental part and this is always based on rowing.

• Team Building: Activities designed to improve the team unity in front of different circumstances like salesforce or company mergings, arrival of a new leader, generational renewals, etc

• Motivation Events: Just want to make a different activity to reward your employees ? Or celebrate an anniversary or the achievement of a challenging goal? With crewXperience you will offer an unforgetable day full of fun and inspiration!!

• Rowing equipment distribution: We are distributors of Croker Oars for Spain and we are looking for the opportunity of representing other first class equipment always related with rowing and sports.

• Sport: we help companies committed with Social Corporate Responsibility to promote sports and healthy ways of life for their employees and relatives. Inclusive in this group of services is the organization of Rowing Camps near Barcelona for those rowers, mainly from northern Europe wanting to spend a few days at Barcelona and practicing their favourite sport when the weather makes it impossible at their home countries.
